finished rollsThere’s this thing out there called Wordless Wednesday. I think food bloggers tire of writing posts, but have some nice food photos to share, so they use Wednesday to get caught up. I like the idea. So, consider this an Almost Wordless Wednesday post. Hi everyone,

I tried this recipe the other day at home using some Spanish cheese from my home, it was delicious, I´m not a cheese person to be honest, however this cheese was so smooth and creamy that I couldn´t help but love it, just have a look at this website, I´m sure you are going to love it, specially cheese lovers.

Vanessa, I’m a fan of the tomato, too. Will have to try this again with a dollop of the stuff. Good idea!

Thank you, Thank you, THANK YOU! LOVED this recipe. I did add a little tomato sauce that I heated on the side since my husband seems to require this with any type of lasagna – and he placed some of the sauce on top. He liked it that way – I went without, and we were both happy.
