A powerhouse in the food styling world, this book is a whopper of a resource. And sometimes it is the “small” nuggets of info that are why we dig out a big book. So let me put this at your fingertips because, if you are like me, you mess with a recipe and the math can go all screwy!

  • 16 oz. – 1 lb.
  • 1 cup of liquid – 1/2 pint
  • 2 cups – 1 pint
  • 2 pints – 1 quart
  • 4 quarts – 1 gallon
