Your Funeral Soup is oh so close to what we&#039;d just had for dinner the previous night---not because anyone had died, fortunately, but because my cupboard was bare and I was too lazy to go to the market.  I browned some onions with some ground pork that was left over from a meatloaf,  threw in a can of corn and was pleased to add a can of tomatoes that was practically at its expiration date, and some noodles that I&#039;d cooked too many of the night before.  Along with some spices I added a can of chopped ripe olives and some cheddar.  I baked it for 45 min. or so, but I&#039;m not sure why.  &quot;Good dinner&quot;, my husband said.</description>
